Setup instructions for using WebTV with NetDotCom |

The following instructions will guide through the steps of configuring your WebTV terminal to use NetDotCom as your access provider.
NetDotCom supports WebTV through a feature called Use Your ISP.
1. From your WebTV home page, select "Setup" from the side bar. |

2. On the Setup screen, select "Dialing." |
 |

3. From this dialing options page, select "Use Your ISP."
If the "Use your ISP" option is not displayed, contact WebTV support at 1-800-GO-WEBTV and ask them to activate the OpenISP.

4. Read the information about Using your own ISP and select "Continue." |

5. Type in your NetDotCom account information:
- Click the check box to activate "Use your own ISP"
- Type NetDotCom in the "Service Provider Name" box
- Type your login name and password exactly as supplied by NetDotCom
- Type in the Modem dial-in number. Find a local number here.
- If more then one local number is available, type it in the Backup dial-in number box. Otherwise type in the same number used in the Modem
dial-in number box.
- Select "Done"
Please be sure to use a number that is a local call from your location. If you do not know which number to select, please call NetDotCom for assistance or check with your telephone company operator.
Dial "0" (zero) and ask the operator if there is a charge to dial the number selected. IMPORTANT! NetDotCom will not be held responsible if your choice results in toll
charges appearing of your phone bill. |

7. The WebTV will hang up and reconnect. Read the information on screen and select "Use ISP." |

8. A confirmation screen will summarize your choice and provide you with the option to use your own ISP
or use WebTV. Selecting "Use your ISP" will cause the WebTV Internet Terminal to connect to NetDotCom. |
