Starting with Netscape
Communicator version 4, Netscape added a User Profile Manager
feature that allows several people who share
one computer to have separate storage areas
for their e-mail messages.
An example might be
a family. The parents could have one profile
(and e-mail address) for the parents e-mail and
the children could have another profile (and
e-mail address).
The User Profile Manager
keeps all of the messages separate. Each time
Communicator is started it will prompt for a
profile to use.
If you have not previously used Netscape Communicator you will need to run the Profile Manager to create the first profile for yourself. before you can setup Netscape
Communicator it is advisable to have NetDotCom activate any additional e-mail addresses for you. You can contact either by phone (330-369-3617) or by email to have your
account activated.
Click on Start > Programs > Netscape
