Mail Services.
NetDotCom provides phone, e-mail and web based technical support, for Microsoft Outlook Express versions 5 & 6 and Netscape Communicator versions 4.7 and Version 7. For support of other software please contact the software vendor.
Due to security and operational issues it is recommended that all Outlook Express users be
updated to version 5.5 Service Pack 2. You can verify which version of Outlook Express you are using by click on the Help menu then selecting "About..."
Netscape Communicator versions prior to 4.7 are very outdated and should be upgraded.
