If you use an Apple computer, WebTV Internet Terminal or prefer to configure your system manually you can click on the appropriate buttons from the menu to the left.

Please read the following before contacting NetDotCom Technical Support:
If you cannot locate a solution to the problem from our support pages, you can fill out our Tech Support Request Form or you can e-mail NetDotCom support at support@netdotcom.com
detailing the issue you need assistance with. Please be as thorough as possible in your explanation.
Free Telephone Support is provided to NetDotCom customers only for the following issues:
Problems with: Non-Internet software (word processing, database, games, etc.), hardware such as computer networking, printers, scanners, cameras and monitors is available for a fee. Please
contact NetDotCom for more information on our computer support services.
Before calling for assistance:

Shutdown, turn the power off (1 minute) and then restart your computer, resuming the task you had problems with.

Be at your computer when you call, and allow sufficient time for solving the problem (~15 minutes)

Know your username, e-mail address and password.

Know what software you are having problems with. (i.e., Outlook Express, Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator)

Record the approximate time and date you last experienced the problem.

If you are receiving an error message, make sure to record the wording of the error message.

If the problem is related to sending or receiving email, know the email addresses of the sender and recipient and the date the problem occurred.
