Welcome, fellow PSHS alumni and visitors!

HAVE SUGGESTIONS FOR OUR NEXT REUNION?  MANY PARTICIPANTS THIS YEAR HAVE SUGGESTED THAT WE DO IT AGAIN IN 4 YEARS (IT WOULD BE OUR 45TH YEAR).  WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS??  PLEASE SEND THEM TO ME OR TO ANY OF THE COMMITTEE MEMBERS LISTED BELOW.  ALL SUGGESTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED.

Many of you asked for Sandy Rosenburg's recipe for "Chinese Salad".  Here it is:
Ingredients:  1   1-lb. Bag of cole slaw mix.
                             6    Green onions (chopped)
1   Pkg. Ramen Noodles, broken (Do not use flavor pack.)
1   Cup Cashews (salted or unsalted, halves and pieces).
                            1/2  Cup Margarine
                             1   Cup sugar
                            1/2  Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
                            1/2  Cup Vegetable Oil
                             2   Tsp. Soy Sauce

Brown cashews and noodles in melted margarine.  Drain well on paper towels
                    and set aside.
Mix sugar, vinegar, oil, and soy sauce until sugar is dissolved.  Set aside.
Just prior to serving, combine nut/noodle mix with cole slaw mix and onions.
                   Mix well.
Add sugar mix and stir well once again.
               Serve and enjoy.
Ingredients can be prepared ahead of time, but do not combine until ready
                   to serve.
